A TOTAL RELIANCE ON GOD
…demonstrated by depending on God in all we do, believing that without God the best we can do is fail, but with God all things are possible through the Holy Spirit’s empowerment of our ministries. (Prov. 3:5-6)
A LOVING COMMUNITY
…demonstrated by a welcoming, authentic community where each person can experience their hunger for Jesus satisfied, growing deeper in him alongside Christian friends who truly care for one another. (Col. 3:12-16)
A MINISTRY OF RESTORATION
…demonstrated by restoring God’s image and purpose in those who are hungry for more than the brokenness they know, through providing a safe ‘refuge of hope’ to heal, grow, and be equipped for missional living. (Is. 61:1-3)
AN OUTWARD FOCUS
…demonstrated by focusing our resources on the needs of those who do not yet know Christ, our ministries equipping the church to live on mission in our community so that our local and global neighbors might come to Christ. (Matt. 18:10-14)

…demonstrated by intentionally and consistently collaborating with other like-minded churches and ministries in our community, region, and globe to make a kingdom impact in partnership because we are truly ‘better together.’ (Eph. 4:1-6)
OUR AFFILIATION
While Faith Fellowship is an autonomous church (meaning we govern our own affairs), we do strongly appreciate the vital partnerships that we have in ministry. Locally, we value partnering with other like-minded churches and ministries in our community for increased impact together.
Regionally and internationally, we value our interdependent connection with a movement of 1400+ gospel-centered churches with which we voluntarily affiliate, known as Converge Worldwide. This group of churches is committed to help strengthen our own church, as well as start new churches together both here in central Wisconsin and around the world.
Over the past decade, our local group of Converge pastors (LEAD Team) has planted several new churches together in Weston, Wausau, Merrill, and Stevens Point. In partnership with Converge, Faith Fellowship launched a new church plant in Marshfield (in 2019) under the leadership of our church planting partner, Casey Schifelbine.
